Co-creating the retreat (Inari, Finland)

This retreat is not totally pre-designed.

It will be shaped together — from the ground up — by a small group of alumni willing to step into shared responsibility for its design, organisation, and facilitation.

The intention is to host 48 hours of reconnection — with self, with each other, and with the living systems of the North.
That means the programme will not be imposed, but will emerge in relationship with the local landscape, culture, and rhythms of Inari.

I’m looking for a few people who feel called to:

• co-design the overall experience (before the retreat)
• take responsibility for parts of the organisation
• arrive early or engage beforehand to shape the flow
• hold space together during the retreat

Workshops may emerge, but they are not the centre.
The place itself is.

I will initiate and hold the core structure:

• Day 1 — Inspiration
• Day 2 — Exploration
• Day 3 — Integration

Within that, we co-create.

This requires more than enthusiasm. It asks for commitment, maturity, and the ability to work collaboratively in an emergent process.
